Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Outerwear Trends
At Outerwear Trends, we value customer satisfaction and aim to make every purchase a confident one. Our return, refund, and exchange policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers.
Order Cancellation Policy:

Customers have 12 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation.

If a cancellation request is made within 12 hours, a full refund will be provided minus the payment gateway fee.

If a cancellation request is made after 12 hours, and production has already started, the customer will receive an 80% refund, as 20% will be deducted to cover processing and handling fees.
Returns & Refunds:

All jackets are made to order, so we do not accept cancellations once production has begun unless under the 80% refund condition mentioned above.

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for refund processing after approval. The refund will appear on your account within 2 to 5 business days thereafter.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes only.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If an item is returned for a refund, the actual shipping cost we paid will be deducted from the refund.

If the return is due to a sizing issue, a full refund may not be issued, as we confirm sizes after purchase. We recommend opting for an exchange, where the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Used, damaged, or altered items will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Responsibility:

For all returns, the buyer is responsible for the return postage.

Our team will provide the appropriate return address, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item back using a reliable and trackable method.
Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted for size-related concerns or product issues.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping of the original item and may be required to cover shipping costs for the replacement item as well.
