At Outerwear Trends, we are dedicated to providing a smooth and satisfying shopping experience, and that includes free shipping to selected regions, reliable delivery timelines, and responsive support throughout the process.

Free Shipping

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia—no minimum order requirement and no hidden conditions. We understand the value of timely delivery and strive to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Regular-size jackets are custom-made to order and typically ship within 5-10 business days, though in rare cases, processing may take up to 15-20 business days.

  • Made-to-measure custom orders are dispatched within 2–4 weeks after finalizing all required measurements.

  • Bespoke jackets (fully personalized designs) are shipped within 3–5 weeks from confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, our express shipping partners typically deliver within 3–5 business days.

Worldwide Shipping

Outerwear Trends ships worldwide, with the exception of the following countries due to shipping or legal restrictions:
Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and all OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Courier Services

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we use premium courier services such as DHL, FedEx, Skynet, and others. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient shipping carrier based on your location and service availability.

Important Shipping Notes

  • No deliveries are made to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses for security and service reliability reasons.

  • All items are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.

  • Once the tracking number is provided, the package becomes the customer’s responsibility. If issues arise such as delivery holds, failed delivery attempts, or local collection requirements, customers must resolve these directly with the courier service.

  • In cases of multiple failed delivery attempts or non-collection, the parcel may be returned or disposed of by the courier. Outerwear Trends cannot be held liable for such instances.

  • When shipping multiple orders to the same address, we may consolidate packages at our discretion for efficiency.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change or reschedule delivery addresses. Any adjustments must be handled directly with the assigned courier.
